Quolite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from the use of our services.

5. Payment Processing

We use a third-party payment processor (HitPay) for all billing. We do not store, process, or transmit any of your credit card or payment details on our own servers. All payment information is securely handled directly by HitPay in accordance with their strict security and privacy standards.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You are advised to review this page periodically.

9. Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

The Quolite Pro Plan is billed at RM19 per month for a one-time 30-day access. Your card will not be automatically charged again.

Cancellation: As this is a one-time payment, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You will retain access to the Pro Plan until the end of your paid month.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. All sales are final once the billing cycle begins.
